Steam →What is this game?
"Grow a tiny fire until it's bigger than the Sun! A short incremental game about throwing things into a fire, starting a cult, experimenting with builds, and creating chaotic chain reactions."
Punch Pancake's physics incremental, out today (August 30, 2026), $15.99. Three phases from campfire to celestial body, a cult that feeds the fire for you, chain reactions hidden in plain sight — and the Sun, which does not appreciate the competition. 586 concurrents this morning and not one guide anywhere.
"A three-hour game, and it took me two rain-soaked tanker trucks to learn to check the sky. Worth every cent."

"Active feeding vs cult automation" is the day-one split — the math thread says hands win by ~40 minutes; the cozy crowd doesn't care. Both are right.
Orbital Requiem (piano + satellite mid-chord) was found by a user transcribing the piano chord. The chord is four notes; the fourth is contested.
First verified sun-kill: 47:12, chain-routed. Sub-45 needs the Yesterday's Sun trigger — which nobody has confirmed yet.

Why does this game need a guide?
- 1
The rain mechanic is never explained: wet fuel burns at half value, and the warning is only a shadow — most players learn after wasting a tanker.
- 2
Chain reactions are invisible: eight recipes, one only found by a chord-transcriber, one still unconfirmed beyond datamining.
- 3
Builds fork at phase two and the "idle game" label misleads — active feeding is mathematically faster, and nobody says so in-game.
- 4
Bilingual coverage is a blank — this is the first systematic manual in any language, lit on launch day.
